Auvik Launches Second Virtual Summit to Share Proven Growth Strategies With MSPs

WATERLOO, ON / Apr 2, 2020 — Registration is now open for the Bigger Better MSP Summit, a free half-day virtual event for IT managed service providers (MSPs) focused on accelerating growth and increasing profitability.

As the COVID-19 pandemic causes mass industry event cancellations, these four online sessions provide a safe alternative for MSPs to access practical growth strategies from successful business owners and industry experts.

“While we’ve had to press pause on our in-person events, we’re dedicated to helping MSPs virtually connect with others who’ve been in their shoes,” says Auvik Chief Marketing Officer Jacqui Murphy. “We’ve carefully selected speakers to provide MSPs the guidance they need to get their business to the next phase of growth, even in these challenging times.”

Auvik is presenting the event in collaboration with four co-sponsors: Datto, ID Agent, Invarosoft, and Liongard. Two of the four sessions will be hosted by MSP founders—Greg Sharp of Base 2 in Auckland, New Zealand, and Jamie Warner of eNerds in Sydney, Australia—who have each grown their business to over $8 million AUD in annual revenue.

Each presentation will focus on targeted strategies to help MSPs grow their business, including how to:

  • Effectively position their IT service offering to prospective clients
  • Adjust their assessment process to identify additional revenue opportunities
  • Increase conversion rates and differentiate their business through customer experience
  • Improve employee engagement as a basis for driving profit

“In an uncertain world, the Bigger Better MSP Summit will deliver key insights and sharing experiences designed to help your MSP navigate these uncertain waters over the next six to 12 months,” says Jamie Warner, CEO of Invarosoft and chairman of eNerds. “We look forward to sharing our insights to help MSPs increase monthly recurring revenue, improve customer experience, and reduce client churn.”

The event will run from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time on Apr 22, 2020 (6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Apr 21, 2020 in Eastern Standard Time). The sessions will be recorded and available to all registrants after the live event. MSPs can view the full schedule and register to attend at https://bit.ly/2wsh24j
