We have some exciting news.
Today I’m thrilled to welcome a new member to the Auvik family. The MetaGeek team are experts in wireless, and through their 15+ year history, MetaGeek has led the way in creating tools to help network administrators and wireless engineers build, monitor, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks.
At Auvik, we have an ambitious and aggressive roadmap to deliver a remarkable technology management experience. Together with MetaGeek, we will build an even better Auvik platform — by adding their strong wireless expertise to our team and providing more comprehensive Wi-Fi capability to the product.
We got to know the MetaGeek team well over the past months and I can’t extend a warm enough welcome to their team. What resonated with me was their mission: “Your Wi-Fi should be Awesome”. The team developed a comprehensive set of products, which includes tools such as Wi-Fi network analysis, in-depth RF spectrum analysis, and wireless packet capture, all to help network professionals more efficiently deploy and maintain wireless networks. We strongly feel the caliber of MetaGeek’s product and engineering specialists reinforces the world-class team we are building here at Auvik. You can read more about MetaGeek’s own story from their blog page.
With Auvik’s focus on simplifying network management, and MetaGeek’s vision to maintain Wi-Fi networks more efficiently — both aimed at helping the IT professionals solve problems quickly and easily. We will begin by collaborating to shape our mutual roadmap and will provide updates as we chart our path together.
Welcome to the Auvik family, MetaGeek!

Co-founder and Chief Product Officer, Auvik Networks
I am so excited about this! We purchased MetaGeek’s bundle not too long ago and have been working on making use of the absolutely awesome tools. We’ve been struggling to support the mass amount of Chromebooks injected into the classrooms, and MetaGeek is helping us sort through it. As an active advocate for both Auvik and MetaGeek, I personally cannot wait to see what comes of this. I think I’m more excited for this than Christmas!
